Qigong Therapy
Qigong (pronounced, chee - kung) refers to an eastern health system of exercises involving the union of qi (breath) with specific anatomical movement. Loosely translated, qigong means “energy work.” This can be accomplished by self-administration or second-party manipulation.
The therapeutic qigong services of QBS are based on studies and practices acquired from the family form known as “Ching Loong San Dian Xue Mi Gong Fa.” This qigong form has been utilized as both a treatment and exercise form for relieving many acute and chronic illnesses.
Complimentary therapies are derived from the basic understanding and practice of taiji quan. Health care practices based on the “Five Element Theory” are common place in this system.
